Entering the competition was a way of challenging myself but also showcasing my love for my culinary heritage in the best possible way. Winning was a great achievement as a person and as a possible future professional cook.
ENTRY PROCESS
Entering is straightforward and easy. Simply think of a recipe that you wish to cook for the final – cook it and then take a photo of the final dish (before you eat it!).
